Dr. Nicholas Leon-Guerrero is a board-certified endodontist who pairs meticulous technique with a calm, steady presence that immediately puts patients at ease. He has advanced training in conventional, regenerative, minimally invasive, and surgical endodontics, with a focus on preserving natural teeth while relieving pain as quickly and comfortably as possible. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics — a distinction held by fewer than one-quarter of endodontists nationwide — he is committed to the profession’s highest standards. Patients appreciate his gentle chairside manner and his thoughtful use of advanced technology to enhance comfort, predictability, and healing.

Dr. Leon-Guerrero is honored to bring his expertise to Omni Endodontics in Arlington, Virginia, where a modern, calming environment and patient-first philosophy guide every decision. He begins each visit by listening closely to the patient’s symptoms, personal history, and goals, then takes the full picture into account to help them make thoughtful, informed decisions about their care.

Outside the operatory, he maintains a strong commitment to service and education. He volunteers regularly at the Northern Virginia Community Dental Clinic and has provided humanitarian dental care in underserved communities across Fiji, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Northern Virginia Dental Society and previously sat on the Alumni Executive Committee of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Leon-Guerrero is recognized as a Fellow of the Virginia Dental Association for his contributions to organized dentistry. These leadership roles reflect his dedication to advancing the profession and mentoring the next generation.

At home, he recharges through strength training, travel, and weekend adventures with his wife and young daughter — a balance that reinforces the empathy, attentiveness, and compassion he brings to each patient interaction.

Dr. Deborah Yeh is a board-certified endodontist with a deep-rooted passion for saving teeth and alleviating pain through precise, compassionate care. Growing up in her father’s dental office in Gaithersburg, Maryland, she discovered dentistry as the perfect blend of art, science, and community service. Her perfectionist nature thrives in endodontics, where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to delivering successful outcomes for patients. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics — a prestigious certification held by less than one quarter of endodontists nationwide — Dr. Yeh stands among the elite in her field.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Yeh is thrilled to bring her expertise to Omni Endodontics in Arlington, Virginia, where she offers a personalized, custom approach to root canal treatment. She begins each consultation by listening to the patient’s history and concerns, taking the time to understand the problem, then works jointly with patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral health. Dr. Yeh speaks both Spanish and Mandarin, making complex treatments understandable for a diverse patient base. Additionally, Dr. Yeh is certified in Botox for TMJ therapy, expanding her ability to provide comprehensive relief. Renowned for her gentle, kind bedside manner and skillful use of cutting-edge technology, Dr. Deborah Yeh delivers an exceptional endodontic experience for every patient.

Outside the office, she leads an active lifestyle, having completed 9 full marathons across the U.S., including New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. She enjoys powering through energetic Peloton rides, exploring new local restaurants, and cherishing time with her beagle, Happee. As a devoted mother to her young daughter, Madison, Dr. Yeh understands the importance of family and brings that empathy to every patient interaction.
